Must be 18 or older to receive permanent makeup services. Must present valid ID. 

All clients must complete and sign a consent waiver and COVID-19 checklist form.

No one is allowed to accompany you while in the service area. 

Only clients receiving services are allowed in the service are.

There is a non-refundable booking fee for all services and is due at the time of booking and will be credited towards your service price.  If you need to cancel, the fee will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule, it must be done within 24 hrs of your appointment to avoid paying a second booking fee.  After booking is confirmed, you will receive an email that includes a list of Dos and Don'ts to follow before your appointment. 

 

There is a $10 late fee for all late appointments. Late is considered 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time and $10 will be added to your service price for every 10 minutes.   At 30 minutes late, your appointment is CANCELLED.  No call/No shows will be banned from future bookings.

 

Consultations are recommended for all Permanent Makeup services and should be conducted at least 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment.  Consultations may be done via Zoom Meeting or Facetime.  Due to Covid-19 all clients are asked to wear a mask.

 

All Permanent Makeup Brow Touch Up services are $100 and MUST be PAID in FULL Online at the time of booking..
