                       F & Q

Below are a few questions that are often of concern when considering Permanent Makeup. Consultations are highly recommended for ALL permanent makeup services.

1.

Question: Is this a Tattoo?

Answer: Permanent makeup is similar to tattoos in their technique, however with pmu, the artist goes no deeper than the upper dermis layer of the skin.  We use organic pigments and not tattoo ink.

2.

Question: Is there any discomfort/pain?

Answer: Unlike most traditional tattoo artists, we use a topical numbing agent before and during to reduce pain and discomfort.  Most clients experience little to no discomfort.

3.

Question: How long does most procedures take/last?

Answer: Most procedures take between 2 to 3 hours or longer. Permanent makeup services can last 6 months up to 3 years depending on skin type health & overall lifestyle. Procedures last longer with routine   maintenance.

4.

Question: Am I a good candidate for microblading?

Answer: Consultations are recommended at Beauty INKED and will determine if you are a good candidate or not. However, if you are looking to save time on your brow makeup regimen or having trouble filling in your brows or experience hair loss or thinning our services may be for you.
